Overview
Global Reservation Settings allow you to manage how bookings, cancellations, and waitlists work across your entire school.
These settings apply to all classes and appointments by default. Individual programs or classes can/may override these settings if needed.
How to Access Reservation Settings
- Go to Settings
- Click Schedule
- Navigate to the General tab
Global Reservation Rules
- Enable Cancellation:
Allow members to cancel their own reservation
- When enabled, members can cancel bookings within the defined cancellation window.
- Cancellation Window:
Set how far in advance a member can cancel a reservation.
- Example: 1 hour or 2 days before class starts
- Members will not be able to cancel after this time
- Enable Waitlist : Allow members to join a waitlist when a class is full.
- Waitlist Confirmation:
Choose how waitlisted spots are filled:
- Auto: The next person on the waitlist is automatically added when a spot opens
- Manual: An admin must approve or decline waitlist requests
Reservation Limit:
Control how many reservations a member can have
- Unlimited: No restriction on the number of bookings
- Limited: Set a maximum number of reservations per member (e.g., per week/month)
- Note: Reservation limits do not apply to waitlists.
Display Settings
- Hide Remaining Spots on the Calendar
- When enabled, members will not see how many spots are left in a class
- When disabled, remaining availability will be visible
Check-in Integration
- Link Schedule to Check-in
- Connect class and appointment schedules with the check-in system
- Enables smoother attendance tracking
Important Notes
- These settings apply globally to all classes and appointments
- Individual programs or schedules can override these rules
- Changes take effect immediately
