Overview
MAS9 allows you to fully control how notifications are sent to your members.
You can decide what types of updates to send and how they are delivered - either through email, the student app, or both.
How to Access Notification Settings
- Go to Settings
- Click Schedule
- Navigate to the Notification & Integration tab
Notification Categories
You can manage notifications across three main areas:
- Reservation Status Notifications Control notifications related to booking activities, such as confirmations, cancellations, and waitlist updates.
- Schedule Notifications Manage notifications for schedule-related changes, including class updates, cancellations, time changes, and reminders.
- Attendance Notifications Send notifications based on attendance activity, such as when a member checks in or is marked absent.
Notification Delivery Options
For each notification type, you can choose how it is delivered:
- Member App
- Or both
This allow you to tailor communication based on your school's preferences and your members' needs.
Reminder Settings
You can also configure automatic schedule reminders, including how far in advance notifications are sent before a class starts.
Key Notes
- All notification settings can be customized at any time
- You have full control over both notification type and delivery method
- Changes take effect immediately
