Overview
Programs represent the different types of classes offered at your school (e.g., Adult, Teen, Kids).
Each program acts as a template that defines the structure of a class, while the actual schedule (days and times) is managed separately.
Important: Programs vs. Schedule
Programs do not control class times.
- Programs = What the class is (e.g., Kids Class, Adult Class)
- Schedule = When the class happens
After creating a program, you will be able to assign it to a schedule through the Calendar or Schedule List.
How to Create a Program
- Go to Schedule > Programs
- Click Add Programs
- Enter the required information
- Click Create

What Happens After Creating a Program
Once a program is created:
- You will be prompted to create a schedule
- Or you can assign schedules later through:
- Calendar
- Schedule List
Key Notes
- Programs are templates, not schedules
- You cannot set class time or days within Programs
- All scheduling is handled separately to give you more flexibility
