Overview
Once your program (classes) are set up, the next step is to create schedules.
Scheduling determines when your classes happen, and can be done in multiple ways depending on your workflow.
Ways to Create a Schedule
You can create a schedule from:
- Calendar: Click on any date
- Calendar Page: Click Create Schedule
- Schedule List: Click Create Schedule
Step 1: Choose Schedule Type
After clicking Create Schedule, a popup will appear asking:
What would you like to create?
- Class -> Group classes based on Programs
- Appointment -> Private Classes & Consultations
In this guide, select Class.
Step 2: Select Program
Choose the program (class) you want to schedule.
This will link your schedule to the program you previously created.
Step 3: Set Class Schedule
You will now configure how the class runs. There are three options:
1. One-Time
- A single class on a specific date
- Set:
- Date
- Start time
- Duration
2. Multi-day
- A class that runs over consecutive days (e.g., camps, trial programs)
- Set:
- Start date & end date
- Start time & end time
3. Recurring
- A repeating class schedule (e.g., every Monday/Wednesday)
- Set:
- Days of the week
- Start time
- Duration

- You can edit or remove assigned members at any time
Enable Reservation
Allow members to reserve their spot through the app or scheduling link.
Reservation Cut-off Time
Control when booking closes:
- Before class starts (e.g., 1 hour before)
- Or set a custom date range
Step 4: Save
Click Save to create the schedule.
Your class will now appear in both the Calendar and Schedule List.
Key Notes
- Programs define the class -> Schedules define when it happens
- You can create schedules from multiple entry points
- Fixed members can be modified anytime
- Scheduling is flexible: one-time, multi-day, or recurring
